I live in one of the beach capitals of the USA, Myrtle Beach. Every summer, I realize afresh that the real reason that folks come here is to enjoy the beach and swim in the ocean. We have a veritable plethora of tacky forms of shopping and entertainment. It isn't called the "Redneck Riviera" for nothing. Yet, the Beach is what calls them.....The purpose of life is a life of purpose.
