This is an idea I got from the writer Julia Cameron, but I phrased it in my own way. My daughter's digital arts teacher has taught her to pay attention. God Bless that woman! I remember when I was about 12 years old, and my dad and I were getting in the car together. As we were driving out the driveway, my dad asked me if I noticed anything different. I looked and looked, but noticed nothing. He finally said, "The daffodils are just beginning to sprout." I was amazed that he had noticed. I've been paying better attention ever since."All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt."
