I never cease to be amazed at the ways that God leads me and speaks to me. (Sometimes it is through the Word, and sometimes it is through a friend, or a billboard, or a poem on the underground wall, as Paul Simon said.) Because of that awareness of God's constant presence and faithfulness, I have joy - and because I have joy, I choose to be happy.
Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.
